Dale Kramer
President
With over 40 years’ experience in the remodeling industry including over 25 at first as a Lead Carpenter/Project Manager and then an award winning Project Designer/Estimator for one of top remodelers in Montgomery County, Maryland. I know this business and am prepared to provide solutions for whatever issues your home may have.
Lance Kramer
Project Manager
Lance puts the K2 in K Squared. As a K-Team project manager, our clients love how he handles the projects and are always impressed with the level of skill he has. He is a problem solver and loves big framing days.
Lance is a Certified Thermatru Installer and knows how to keep the water outside…where it belongs.
Lance says he is a carpenter “born and raised”. Favorite quote: “Ask not what your country can do for you-ask what you can do for your country” JFK
When Lance isn’t working he loves hunting, fishing, and gardening. Lance is the proud dad of three of our Jr K-Teamers. Landon, James and Amelia.
Chris Foster
Project Manager
Chris joined the K Team in 2015 as a Project Manager/Lead Carpenter and has over 27 years of experience. Chris has been a friend of the family since birth (no choice then) and is a very talented musician. His clients are always thrilled with their projects and with his workmanship.
He not only brings great experience with project management but also is an accomplished carpenter and a VSI Certified Siding Installer.
Chris believes that quality and customer satisfaction are most important. His favorite quote is “No problems, just solutions.”
When Chris isn’t working he enjoys playing music, archery, and the outdoors.
Stephen Vann
Lead Carpenter
Stephen has been a member of the K-Team since 2015. He is experienced in all phases of carpentry as well as doing a fine job running a large variety of projects..
He enjoys working for K Squared because of the fun environment and cool projects.
When Stephen isn’t working he enjoys hunting and fishing.
Landon Thorpe
Carpenter
Landon joined us in 2016 and has shown a solid work ethic and good attitude in spite of initially many "not so fun" labor tasks. He has earned the title carpenter which covers a large variety of skills and tasks.
He enjoys working at K Squared because of the friendly environment and the variety of work he encounters.
Landon is a closet "Monster Ballad" singer capable of crooning all the words to the hair band classics. He also loves Contemporary Christian bands like RED, Skillet and Disciple. When he isn’t working he enjoys being with friends and going to church.
Nicole Cook
Office Manager
Daughter Nicole handles all the “not so glamorous” but “highly necessary” tasks such as payroll, invoicing, and data input. She has become a QuickBooks Master and helps us run a smooth operation.
We are doubly blessed to enjoy grandkids Paige, Jade and Jack on the days she works, which provide Boss “Pappy” with enjoyable and memorable distractions.
Nicole is director of music at our local church.
Jacob Fox
Laborer
Jacob joined the K-Team in 2020. He has a background in waterproofing and air barriers, but he is excited to learn all of the ins and outs of the remodeling world! He already has become a great addition to the K-Team.
Jacob is driven by the values of working hard, keeping busy, and being a good person.
When Jacob is not working he likes playing games, making crafts, fishing, hunting, and metal detecting.
Edgar Archila
Carpenter
Edgar joined the K-Team in 2020. He has been working in the remodeling world for many years. He says that, “One of the most beautiful experiences is seeing the customers satisfaction when the work has been done the way they requested.”
Originally from Guatemala Edgar has strong family values and works very hard to provide a stable life for his family.
When Edgar is not working he enjoys watching sports, playing soccer and spending time with his family.
